Anyone recommed a good painter/decorator?

Flooding from above, rising damp from below. Got the other work covered, but need a painter. Any recommendations?

I'd highly recommend a chap called Howard - I think he's based in Archway area, certainly buys supplies from the builders merchant on Holloway Road, was cheap and meticulous. I'd definitely use him again. 07973 286693.
