    OK I havnt looked very hard but I realised how fast xmas was approaching and became concerned that I havnt seen any trees for sale. Any ideas where I can get a resonably priced 'real' tree?

    Umm, try Stroud Green Road, next to the post office? You can't walk up the road for tripping up them at the moment.
