Floor Fitter Recommendation?

    Hi All

    We're thinking of replacing the floors in our flat.

    Currently we've got some sort of laminate wood flooring (not really sure if this is right name - it's a really thin layer of wood on top of about an inch of plywood which is on top of the original floorboards).

    We want to replace this with a solid wood floor.

    I was wondering if anyone had recommendations of someone to do the work?

    I know Mariusz has had good feedback on this site - but it sounds like he does electrics/painting more than floors?

    We had a floor fitted by Jordan Andrews in CE. They did a very good job, finishing was excellent and pleasant chaps to deal with. Quote was reasonable as well.

    The place on holloway road just down from odeon towards nags head (same side as cinema) with manager like bill neighy is recommended and good prices - better than CE . Chang
