I would definitely buy a bag.
a tote bag please
@ tosscat - you can get bags for less than twenty quid from the blokes who hang around outside Finsbury Park station..
We're at more or less 10 each for the bags and mugs. We'll start the engines.
Though people are starting to get a bit price sensitive.
And Poxy wants a badge.
Also, I'm a bit of a hippy about organic cotton. So they'll probably be that. It might make it more expensive, but hey, fewer polar bears will die and ting.
I'd like a mug. Also worried that a bag would single me out as an sg.org-er. What happens when you see one other with bag on SGR? A knowing nod? Shake hands? Avoidance? Social minefield...
@emine: I put my spare tom seedlings in pots outside the front of my house with a sign saying 'free tom plants, need tlc'. They were all gone in 5 minutes. Someone took the sign also.
@Nick_M ah - the stroud green recycling system. I use it all the time. Yesterday I put two Ikea speaker stands out, they were gone by the time I was back from Tesco's. I might put some actual speakers out today - nice 1970's Leak speakers. Were a classic at the time if anyone wants them ...
I gave up on freecycle ages ago - middle class folk would email wanting it, not turn up when they said, then eventually deign to come and say "it's the wrong period/colour/ambiance" and so on.
