    Hi - I know its hardly an original thread poser, but does anyone know of a decent quality vfm local builder for fireplace installation, sash window works and general small maintenance jobs?

    They are very good young couple who live in Crouch End but do venture here.

    Try Rob Rogers, he trained at Amazing Grates the victorian fireplace co. Now out on his and also does geometric pattern tiled floors, garden paths, doorsteps etc. He did our kitchen very well and is reasonably prices. 07988 006485
