A cambelt A cambelt adjuster An inlet manifold Some o-rings (these were v cheap) Oil Antifreeze A radiator A clutch A thermostat and 7 hours of a delightful chaps labour.
This all goes alongside the engine block that I bought last week.
I turned down a 'power-flush'.
I am now thousands of pounds down. I hate that fucking car.
For all the earlier talk of sustainable consumption, i did have to have an entirely new engine fitted BUT for carefully considered ethical reasons, I chose to have a recycled engine recovered from an old car. How environmentally friendly is that?
Other facts about the environmental friendliness of my car are probably best not pointed out.
