recommended plumber? dishwasher fixer?

I'm a newish member, newish resident in SG, and am grateful for a local community internet group.
It seems to be a while since anyone asked about plumbers. I have a very small job to do and want someone that won't charge an arm and a leg for half an hour. And I also need someone to fix my dishwasher which hasn't recovered from the move.

Try James Murray (Jim) 07838162353. He's often quite busy, but fairly reliable and I've always thought reasonable. I wouldn't recommend his silicon edging work though

I've recently discovered Fox and Co in Muswell Hill. Very pleased with the work. I am not sure what you consider an arm and a leg when it comes to something as important as plumbing (that is all relative) so cannot advise on whether or not the rates are likely to be good for you, but I can recommend the work.
