New members (very unexciting indeed)

Is there some problem with enrolling new members on this board at the moment? I know of a couple of people who have applied for membership but not received an email notification either accepting or declining.
In particular, Mrs K finally decided she wanted to join but has not heard back. Has she done something wrong?
Or is Andy asleep for a thousand years? -
No. I've approved a handful recently. No-one's had to wait more than a day. You can't use the same email address for two usernames though.
Once it's been approved, you should get a welcome email. As far as we know, that's all working. Check your spam filters?
