So I did the cliché of thinking I could install a box and dish myself. Few hours later after hanging out on the roof trying to get a signal to my new freesat box I give up. I think there might be something wrong with the box rather than me (obviously) but just don't know enough to troubleshoot.

Anyone know a local who aligns and troubleshoots these things? There's installation offers out there but the kit seems bundled with it, I just need someone to sort my existing stuff.
