I'd recommend Ian Loosemore - I found him on this thread http://www.stroudgreen.org/discussion/1294/gardener-needed/ He was absolutely brilliant and I'd really recommend him. Our front garden looks amazing now!
His number's 020 7281 2506. He charges £18 an hour.
