    Looks like the Dream River Cafe is for sale

    If takings are £2,000 pw, then annual turnover is £104,000. Assume a gross profit of 70% then they are spending c£30k on croissants and coffee. Rent and Rates are £17,700

    Leaving £50k for salaries. They want £50k premium.

    It's basically buying yourself a job in a coffee shop.
