Needed - Short-let flat while mine is being done up

Wonder if anyone could help<br><br>I've got some building work on my flat coming up in Feb and am looking to rent a flat somewhere nearby for 3 months of Feb-April.<br>I thought I'd find somewhere but all the estate agents have basically laughed at me if it's not for a year. <br><br>Anyone know anywhere which would take a few months commitment, needs to be a 2-bed place but I'm not too bothered where exactly around here<br><br>Thanks <br><br>
