    Polyphasic Sleep might work, but then I get the feeling it doesn't consider the pub effect.

    In polyphasic sleep, your life would be governed by your sleep patterns, because you'd be kipping all the time. Then you'd be awake at night when everyone is asleep. It would be rubbish for your social life.

    The sleeptracker, however, looks like a piece of genius. But is it a ridiculous waste of money?

    The whole Delta sleep thing is quite neat, but you'd also have to wear the watch to bed no? Being of a disposition where I hate anything on my hands or wrists (no bangles, rings, watches) this would probably make me jump from a stage 1 or 2 straight to a stage 5 and never get to that wonderful stage 3.

    I'd be a very tired man.
