BRAND NEW YEAR START a much needed update , were still here and gaining ground!

dear residents of stroud green and further afield if app.  im Jonny Rogers, of BRAND NEW START we made a lot of progress with our project that was to be relocated to the mews behind the old dairy last september,  sadly as has been the case (e.g david gray studio ) developers did what they do with the help of the similarly money grabbing agents and took this premises to convert to flats. an industrial site originally part of the old dairy and still in the same family for two hundred years, the setting , the location, and the locals were all perfect and a live work creative centre that taught all its occupants skills to all who wish to learn and develop their own style and hope fully grow to become a live work teach back resident who supports our amazing project.  we are now in our 6th month of succesfull growth in the gallery at 44 to 46 hornsey high street n8 7nx where without the premises behind it we have accomplished inclusion of all ages and abilities in numerous artistic and creative fields.  we are gaining momentum to get funding (any help appreciated) we have 7 strong indivuals supporting us on the ground and the local social sites have all made us grow to now be offering restoration courses, art, photography,instrument making, cartooning , upcyling, papier machie, and many more as we grow all in the gallery,  live music film and theatre twice a month and community led affairs as and when needed and we can accomodate.  ill admit its all been much harder to do this having lost momentum and the amazing premises we had under offer to us at the time.  our heart is full of joy and strong.  this due to the amazing feedback and support we gained by showing our diversity and ability to adapt from an events space spearheading the live work creative community www.BRANDNEWSTART.org project to a all inclusive multifuncton art gallery, antiques and collectables , vintage clothing , live music, tea and cake room, teaching skills high street venue.  I just thought an update was in order and to let you all know we wont be coming to stroud green now (unless another building comes up there) but we are not going far, n8 is the central point and hornsey high street out base so we will still be as close to that as we can get .  yours sincerely jonny rogers
