Uncollected rubbish

For the third week in a row the binmen failed to empty my bins. I live in Islington, have filled 2 online forms on the website and spoken to a customer service adviser on the phone. They just seem to "skip" my house for no good reason. Any advice on how to escalate the complaint and anybody having this issue, too?

The binmen in Moray Rd are brilliant, they even pitch up on Bank Holidays! Had a similar problem once but a single phone call to the number on the council's website resulted in a rubbish truck arriving a few hours later.

How annoying! We're in Haringey. They skip our food recycling every so often, including this week. I called the Veolia number on the council's website and they came and picked it up the next day.
