I don't know how often it updates, but I just tweeted something including a (picture) with the hashtag #stroudgreen and it hasn't come up.  Does the picture itself need to be hashtagged in some way?

In Instagram, take your photo, add a filter if you so wish and tap next. Then in the field that says 'Write a caption' include the hashtag. I think. <br>
