Hi<div>just wanted to let anyone backing onto Parkland Walk in particular and everyone else in general know that it's the season to be a bit careful. A friend backs onto parkland walk and last night got in at 7pm to find burglars had entered via the back door. The police said they had come prepared with tools (the door is pretty wrecked) and had <span style="font-size: 10pt;">clearly</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> worn gloves. All rather professional unfortunately. Be careful everyone and put laptops etc out of sight.</span></div>

As much as I love the Parkland Walk, I've always thought that having a house immediately adjacent must be awful for precisely this reason.
