I agree it looks horrible. The window glass has gone it and it looks so ugly, It ruins the whole road

The blank wall is especially vile - I realise it may have been mandated by the houses opposite, but does it have to look so Window Tax?

The blank wall is mandated by the Godfrey's site. The latter will have assumed 'air rights' to build vertically too, which would block any windows in the student development. My guess is that we won't have to see that blank wall for long.

That would be amazing! John Jones should fill in each blanked window with a portrait or image of a famous painting they have framed.

That's a genius idea. Though maybe the new students could be commissioned to do some original art?
