I'm straying north to Muswell Hill at the weekend - any recommendations for pub/café lunches?<br>

    The best places are off the beaten track. Chriskitch on Tetherdown is the best cafe by miles and does very yummy salad type food (which seems to have 'inspired' other cafes) and cakes. The Clissold Arms in Fortis Green is a very characterful pub/ restaurant with great outdoor space.
