Seeking nice family to share a F/T nanny with!

Hi, I'm looking into getting a nanny for my >1 yr old, to start this summer on a full time basis. We're looking for a nice local family to split the costs with 50:50. Happy to host the nanny share at our place if needed as we have space enough (we live in Stroud Green), or we could work out week on/off arrangements instead.
