  • I personally think that something needs to be done in that corner of Stroud Green. It is such a waste of space, and moreover the area of the park behind it is full of rubbish and very neglected. A new building would definitely improve the situation.<div><br></div><div>I agree with you that the plan to fit 132 (!!!!) people is very ambitious and it will mean providing very low quality of life to the students, and also create a big impact for the street and the surroundings, because so many people will be concentrated in there.</div><div><br></div><div>I have to say the building doesn't look too bad to be honest, but it will make the area definitely too heterogeneous. Having said that it's sad to notice how many buildings in the conservation area are so badly kept. It would be good to enforce the care of the building ( i have seen all sort of things around).</div><div><br></div><div>I will read the application better and will then decide what to do.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks for posting it though</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
