Willow Weaving with SGWI - Mon 15 Feb @7.15pm
Stroud Green Women's Institute will be welcoming local artist and sculptor Julia Clarke to Monday's monthly meeting for a spot of willow weaving. Julia will talk about her work with willow and the ladies are going to have a go at simple willow weaving techniques like making star, heart or fish shapes. It's bound to be a brilliant evening, replete with chat, cake, wine, tea and thoroughly good company. There will also be a mini fabric sale at the meeting if any sewers out there fancies bulking out their fabric stash.<div>The meeting will start at our new time of 7.30pm but the doors open at 7.15pm for the aforementioned chat, cake, wine and tea. If this sounds like a great deal of fun to you then do drop in, even if you are not a member and haven't been to a WI meeting before - you will be warmly welcomed. Stroud Green Women's Institute meet on the 3rd Monday of every month at The Hideaway, Ennis Road, N4 3HD. All women welcome!</div>
