Christmas Charity Concert: 7:30pm Sunday 15th December at St Mellitus Church, Tollington Park, N4 3AG
It’s that time of year again; the St Mellitus Christmas Charity Concert is back. 7:30pm on the 15th December. This year we are raising money for Music in Hospitals & Care, which provides live music to vulnerable people in residential care. The London Medical Orchestra conducted by Oliver Till, with the Tottenham Community Choir will be performing selections from Shostakovitch (Festive Overture), Vaughan Williams (Suite for Viola & Orchestra), Khachaturian (Sabre Dance), Vivaldi, plus carols. There will be mulled wine and mince pies in the interval. Tickets are £10, concessions £8, under 16’s £2. Available at the door, the parish office or through www.lmo.org.uk. St Mellitus is 7 minutes walk from Finsbury Park transport hub.
