General chat: Flat roof, water coming trough the ceiling ... oh woe is me!

    Can anyone recommend a builder / flat roof expert?

    I have stains in my wall and ceiling below a flat roof, and from time to time water comes in as well (but not always).

    I'm not sure if the roof is the issue or whether I need to get the external wall re-pointed (I'm sure there are cracks in the wall where an ivy once grew but I can't get round to see it)

    Obviously I want to sort this out before it gets worse. Thanks!
