I like Andy's style of moderation. Had I been the barista in question I think I would have found it a little too personal. We all write here anonymously, many disguise their real name, we share (or overshare) personal details only if we wish. It seems a bit rude not to give someone many people see in real life the opportunity to do the same.

I think it was about compromising someone's identity. Andy despite disagreeing with many of his views is a fair and caring moderator.
