  • Odd - did you get an error message?  Did you try to paste in a stack of text?  If so better to use the text paste icon (fourth along from the left in the second row of icons) as sometimes the formatting of the document that you are pasting from confuses the word count (which is set at a maximum of 8000 words, which ought to be plenty!)
