I've used Kelvins Motor Wagons on Brownswood road over the last decade (VW & Audi). Generally a bit expensive, but the owner is a good bloke and has gone above and beyond for me more than once.
The place near the Stapleton are my neighbours so do go and support them. However do choose a reputable tyre brand from the ones they offer you. I took the cheap option once and they were awful..
Slightly surprised the Old Dairy is still shut, though I assume it's a parent company decision. Obviously no outside space, but due to the sheer size of the place it could be quite easy to work out safe distancing in there.
It was right outside my flat. There was a hell of a lot of shouting, as you say quite a large police presence but no idea what was going on. I went back to bed!
We've not had any mail since Monday on Mount Pleasant Crescent..I get they're under the cosh and don't mind that much. But would be great if they could somehow publish somewhere which rounds they're doing..
Does anyone have any ideas for walking destinations up to an hour away from us? Already done Ally Pally, Queens wood, Highgate wood, 'Suicide' Bridge etc.. Any other parks or hidden open spaces?
On that note. I'm a little bit staggered by the brazenness of the young males that hang out directly outside the station smoking strong weed. I'm also impressed they can stand up.
