Scooter tedium

Has anybody else heard to annoying buzzing of scooters the past few night up on the upper east side? We had 12.30ish on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and this morning at 5.

Unsurprisingly I've heard these too, although you seem to have missed their session between 1.30 and 3 A.M. on Sunday night/Monday morning which was particularly annoying.

Maybe they are trainee pizza delivery boys getting some practice in while the roads are quiet?
