    OK, perhaps "catastrophic" is a bit strong, but whatever one's views are pro or anti CPZs, I do sympathise with people who live in one of the last few roads without one, as they will inevitably end up packed with cars looking for free parking. Whether or not you own a car that isn't good. (Not that I would condone sabotage against them, let's not get into that again).

    It's shitty, I live on Granville and it's been like that for yonks, it's just not a catastrophe.
