Just heard they will shortly start showing series 1 on BBC 2, and they've bought all 4 subsequent series too.

    i think it's a good buy by the BBC, i assume it didn't cost them that much after all this time. domestic drama is usually so ruthlessly naff that it'll be a nice treat for the millions of people who don't pay for cable or use bittorrent etc.

    i wouldn't put it past them to add subtitles.

    Not tried the English subtitles, but have watched it with the Dutch version (wife's native toungue) and that's exactly what they do.
