Hallo everyone. I am a new member and not brilliant at technology. It was suggested that new members search archives. I suppose that is to avoid repetition of questions, but I can't find anything. I'd like to know how this very worthwhile org got started and by whom. It confirms my belief that there are hordes of really friendly people "out there", and at last we have a way of getting together. My current "project" is improvement of the newly narrowed pavement at the beginning of Lancaster Road, which the council promise will be started within a month. What do people think of having a community notice board, maybe outside the ex-post office in Ferme Park Road? Local organisations could advertise events, many of which we learn about too late.
