Haringey Council erected barrier to prevent vehicle crashing through fence on to railway line. No consultation or information to local residents. Pavement now narrow, sloping, without drainage and overhung with foliage. Repeated requests and promises from council that all will be rectified, but so far no action. Thanks, have just emailed the council on this. It's actually more dangerous than before, because it is so narrow that it encourages people to walk on the roadside of the railing or cross the road unsafely.
