Blarney Stone to Re-open?
So, the pub at the end of Hanley Road has been shut for 4 years, but i've noticed that they've had contractors in for the last 3 weeks to paint the outside fascias (black and grey) and finish the internal work? I wasn't living here when it was last open, but i hear it was famous for Speed Garage nights and Karaoke. Given the Larrick stories, which is in a much better catchment, why on earth are they doing it? Just hope its not going to be full of skanks. Building looks better though.
