Homes for Haringey - any tips for leaseholders building an extension?
Hi All,
We are leaseholders with Homes for Haringey being our Freeholders, and we are going through the process of applying to build an extension.
We are just about to enter negotiations about the 'Premium' that we will pay to get a variation on the lease, and get a Licence for Alterations.
Does anyone on SG.org have experience of this - its our first time and there is lots of legalese and, as any other H4H leaseholders will know, a lot of bureaucracy to go through!
Really grateful for any tips/first hand experience of similar. I'm guessing Homes for Islington has similar processes.
