Power cut

    Anyone else get cut off around 7ish last night in the Cornwall Rd area?

    Yes, we did. We called the leccy people and they said around 1000 houses in the area were out. They seemed to rectify the problem very quickly though, so although I missed Keeping Up With The Kardashians, I still caught Beyoncé's Glasto performance. Phew.

    Virgin went off but cam back on again around 9.45, but the leccy was fine. Unfortunately I had to sit through the warbling trollop.

    Mount Pleasant Crescent : didn't have the lights go out, but the computer turned off ... and the alarm clock was flashing whe I went to bed (as usual when power goes off and comes back on), so it seems we lost power here for the briefest of brief moments.
