Lovely 2 bed Victorian flat to rent on a short term basis (Albert Rd) - 1-3 months + £1200
Hi everyone,<div><br></div><div>We are currently selling our 2 bed flat on Albert Road just off SG road. The flat is a 10 minute walk to FP station or a few minutes walk to Crouch Hill overground.</div><div><br></div><div>Our current tenants are moving out in the middle of February and we are looking for short term tenants from then onwards. The minimum rental period is 1 month. We can sign a 3 month contract but after that it would be a rolling contract with minimum 1-2 months notice as, like I said we do have the flat on the market.</div><div><br></div><div>The rent is cheap - £1200 a month as we are only looking to cover our mortgage.
