Stroud Green Market Newsletter for Sunday May 12th

Hello everyone!

If you can be bothered to have a look at the website (www.stroudgreenmarket.com/thisweek) you'll see a photo of Tyler Cotton, the grower at dynamic organics which is a tiny organic outfit outside Cambridge. As you can see Tyler’s a young farmer but already with considerable experience and a really thoughtful approach that has led him to develop a unique personal take on biodynamic agriculture. This week he’s going to be bringing radish bunches, oriental salad mix, baby Kale, spinach, sunflower shoots, pea shoots and Tatsoi. You can see from the picture just how fresh his stuff is, and although it may be difficult to tear yourself away from the Perry Court Farm stand I hope that every customer will go and have a look at Tyler’s produce: you might find yourself converted!

Plenty of exciting things besides veggies this week:

- live blues guitar

- cider on tap

- children’s workshop

- 6 hot food stalls

- Bye for now!

Ed
