Specially extended BBC 10 o'clock news tonight to cover this. It is 10.15 as I write and they are still going on about it. Am I alone in thinking that this is completely out of proportion?

    i think the media are all excited because they've known for ages. they hate having to bottle things up and they're overcompensating.

    Yes, I rather got that impression. Doesn't mean it matters though, and I do expect the BBC to know better, especially given that the second and third stories are the Jersey children's home and Zimbabwe leadership contest respectively...

    He is a *********** (allegedly). That plus the ******* ****/mobile ***** story and Debbie ***** doing unspeakable things are enduring tabloid rumours du jour.... (admin: post edited)
