BABKA This Sunday at the Market
Babka is really delicious! I confess I hadn't tried it until recently though I did bring a few loaves back as presents from the venerable Russ & Daughters in New York a couple of years ago. Itai's babka looks just as good as theirs did and tastes amazing.
There's a photo up on the website. He also makes savoury babka which is a bit of an innovation. Whatever next I hear you mutter! Well we do live in interesting times...
