Lovely house, met the previous owner who had the two Afgan Grehounds who sold up in the park a couple of times, the airconditioned garden annex/office and heated kitchen floors would be my highlights, but very costly on the bills!

Seems like the family moving in are nice, what a prize, wish it were me

i can't believe it wasn't me. I remember looking at the estate agent listing when it was for sale and thinking that it was very overpriced. Perhaps the owners spent a huge amount on the renovation but I think they over-capitalised for the area.
