Hi everybody,
It's Olivier's last day on Sunday! Please support, & sing "a jolly good fellow" in thanks for all the beautiful pastries he has brought out these last 3 years. Other bakeries, and other markets, will benefit from his expertise from now on - his plans are quite exciting. As for us, we will have to manage sans croissants for now - but rest assured that the stall on the way to fill that 3 more gap is going to be just fab.
Steve's away this week but we have a very worth coffee sub...bagels and porridge are also with us .
