and runs cycle maintenance workshops which are great went on one on Saturday at Freightliners Farm and can now fix bike, he does them there a couple of times a year or if a group of people can get themselves together he will try and sort something out

Did you know that during the late forties and the fifties this road was a well-used cycle-racing road holding massed-start races? I raced there myself as a 17/18 year old, so have a lot of fascinating memories.
