I've lived in a ground floor flat on Florence Road backing onto the Parkland Walk for seven years. I've been burgled twice in that time. But... both times through the front of the property. I have trellis up in the back garden which doesn't spoil…

I don't want to bicker either Jeremy but I can only say what I was told when I asked in The Noble on Saturday. "No, it hasn't been sold. It is still on sale." Why would they say that? Why would lucky then put a correction on this thread?

The first comment is not correct. I was in The Noble on Saturday and enquired. Also alerted them to this thread. In fact I believe 'lucky' might be the current proprietor correcting the misinformation.

Pleased to hear this place has improved. Was a regular customer until I bought some dodgy swordfish a couple of years ago. Have been tramping over to Crouch End ever since. Look forward to giving it another chance.

I think the nearest must be at Leigh-on-Sea. From Crouch Hill via Barking you can get there in not much more than an hour.
