I often use the stop opposite tesco to go FP station, and exercise more that most people, I just choose when and how. And the 4' walk doesn't count as exercise in my book.

thanks for the contact. need to wipeout old desktop harddisk prior recycling/bin it, plus laptop comes up with errors, some corrupted docs, start up is playing up and the like. nothing major at the mo but annoying and potentially lethal. thanks
